- Once your request is approved, you will receive detailed return instructions by email.
- Carefully pack the items in their original order box or suitable protective packaging.
- Arrange a pickup or shipment with your local courier or forwarding service, following the instructions provided.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please indicate this clearly when submitting your return request. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
